Spend, Spend, Spend

Lately I seem to have the 'spending bug' and I have no idea what is wrong with me, but I have had to put a stop to it and start saving if I want to go on holiday early next year. So there are a lot more things that I have purchased but at the moment these are my purchases so far. . . I will do another post like this when I find the rest of the new things I have purchased.

1) Ted Baker Precious Partner £12.00
I don't usually purchase Ted Baker products, but when I saw this had Ballet on the little cosmetic bag, I had to get it (I LOVE Ballet). The contents of the case includes a votive, mini handcream, body spray and soap. I admit I am not too keen on the scent, but the cosmetic bag I adore, and have used it as a little makeup bag for my handbag as I was fed up of rummaging around in my handbag for things.

2) Clarks Glitter Shoes £25.00
I went to Clarks Village with my Dad a few weeks ago, and came across these lil beauts. I thought I don't own any black glitter shoes, and they are surprisingly comfortable so I had to get them. They also come in gold, but I wasn't too bowled over by the shade of gold.

3) Wilkinson Fabric Shaver £1.50
I know it's an odd thing to purchase but I got fed up of having to 'whack' out sellotape and stick myself with it in order to remove the fluff, bobbling left on my woolen clothes. So I invested in this lil gadget. It is operated by battery, and you literally just run it across your clothes and it collects the fluff into a little compartment. Brilliant! It does not cut, snag your clothes, so don't worry if you thought this might happen.

4) Keracare 'Hydrating Detangling Shampoo' 234ml £4.99 and Keracare 'Humecto Creame Conditioner 243ml £6.99
I have been using Keracare products for sometime now and I absolutely love them. Although they are very expensive my hair seems to love this brand especially the Humecto conditioner. Both products leave my hair feeling so soft and smelling great, which is great.

5) Matalan Papaya Tailoring 'Workwear dress' (Navy) £20.00
I have been looking everywhere for a Navy blue dress since the beginning of 2012; I looked everywhere us bloggers would look and I found nothing. I decided to pop into Matalan to have a browse, and to my surprise I found a navy blue dress. I didn't even look at the price tag, I just picked it up, tried it on and went and paid for it lol. The material is just right for Autumn/winter and is fully lined and fits like a glove. Although to give myself more definition in the waist, I wear a thin belt to make the dress stand out a bit more.

6) Lipsy 'Textured Bodycon' dress £40.00
You may remember my 'OOTN Easter Sunday' blog post where I wore a stunning blue bodycon dress. Well Lipsy launched the dress again but this time in 2 more colours; navy blue and red, and of course I opted for the red. I don't know what it is with this dress, but I just find it sooo comfortable, and it accentuates all the positive parts on the body, but hides all the not so good parts on the body. The texture of the dress is gorgeous too; all wavy/swirly, and the material is of good quality.

7 & 9) Clarks 'Runaway Bay' £34.99 each (Patent and Black Leather)
I love wearing heels but there comes a time when I just want to give the 'tootsies' a rest and just wear flat shoes. I had a pair of the leather shoes before and because they were so comfy and kind to my feet I decided to get another 2 pairs; one leather and one patent.

8) Lipsy 'Lace Long Sleeve Overlay' dress £45.00
Lace nowadays seems to be the 'in thing', and I have to say some of the dresses nowadays are quite nice. I opted for this blue number for a night out as it's very unstated but still very classy.

****************************

That's it for now, but do keep your eyes peeled as I sure will be back with another 'Spend, Spend, Spend' blog post.
