MUA Every Lash Mascara

2012 has seen MUA launch an abundance of products that are cost friendly, and of decent quality. And today I introduce you to another product, that is slightly different from the norm; MUA Every Lash Mascara.

'' . . .Coat your lashes from root to tip with this super silky formula for longer and thicker lashes.....''
(Press Release, 2012)

When it comes to mascara I am rather picky; I like mascaras that give my eyelashes that 'va-va voom' and have the staying power to last allday (and night). This mascara claims to thicken and lengthen eyelashes in a flash, minus the irritating clumping. The multi comb wand is made out of silicone which aims to catch each individual eyelash whilst defining and separating to create a flirty, fanned-out effect. Not only does this mascara offer to create that look many of us wish for, but it is also apple scented! Yes, I read that and thought ''EH'', but I guess it is what makes this mascara different from the norm, but I can't help but think this is perhaps a little gimmick? That aside, the packaging of this product is pretty basic, although the lettering has rubbed off quite easily. And I like how MUA have incorporated the green colour on the wand to make recognition to its apple scent (if you're thinking Granny Smith = green!).

I decided to give this mascara a try, and here are the results:

. . . . What do you think? I think it's not a bad mascara. The volume isn't as great as I had hoped, but the lengthening aspect of this product isn't bad. As mentioned above this mascara is apparently apple scented, but I can't smell anything apart from a strong chemical smell of mascara product?! Nevertheless, this mascara isn't bad and I would definitely use again in the future.

MUA Every Lash Mascara* is RRP 3.00, and is available in Ultra Black, Black and Brown/Black at Superdrug stores and muastore.co.uk

Will you be investing in this mascara, or are you not keen? Would love to hear your thoughts.

  1. I'll be honest, I can barely tell you're wearing it :( That's the same issue I had... did nothing for my lashes :( It also made my eyes sting

I can see a lil difference having applied it, but not a great deal in comparison to previous mascaras I have used. Made your eyes sting? :/ Really? That's quite worrying.

I've not tried it, but decided it would be a waste anyways. I not long bought a new mascara and I'm too in love with Max Factor stuff I have to admit! I debated it just for the apple smell but I smelled it and it doesn't smell of it. Just a cheap mascara smell...
